Company Information

In Management – My Company – General, you can check or edit the general information of your company.

After you edit the general information of your company, the changes will be reviewed by our Compliance Team, before which you cannot make transactions with your company account. Your company’s general information will be updated after approval.

Company Contacts

In Management – My Company – Contact, you can:

Adding a New Contact

  1. Click the empty card.
  2. Edit the contact information.

You can fill in the contact’s personal information, and select a job title for your contact. Middle Name and Phone Number are optional.

  1. Click Confirm and finish.

After confirmation, your new contact card will be shown here. You can now edit the contact information or delete the contact.

Editing the Contact Information

  1. Click Edit, and update your new information in the Edit Contact Information window.
  2. Click Confirm, and the previous contact card will be updated,

Deleting a Contact

  1. Click Delete, and a confirmation window will pop up.
  2. After you click Yes, you will see the “Delete contact successfully!” notification. Now, the contact has been deleted.
