Payment Status

• The payment status will be: PENDING FUND→READY TO SEND→SENDING→COMPLETED;
• Payments under PENDING FUND status will be dealt with according to the Payment Date, then the Creation Date if the Payment Dates are the same.
• Balance checking and status changes of a Payment will not be affected by other Payments.

Amend Payment

After confirmation, you can only amend the Payment Reason and Payment Reference after placing a payment.

Cancel Payment

Payments under the following status can be canceled:

PENDING COMPLIANCE APPROVAL, PENDING APPROVAL, PENDING FUND

When cancelling an ongoing payment, the cancellation reason is required.

The status of the Conversions used in this payment will not change if canceled. The conversions will be available for other payments after cancellation.
