You can check your order details, amend or cancel existing orders in My Orders.
For the Outstanding orders, the following status will be listed:
Amendable status: PENDING APPROVAL, PROCESSING
You are able to amend the Sell Amount, Buy Amount, Order Rate, Expiry Type and Comment.
For PENDING APPROVAL and PROCESSING orders, your amendment will take effect immediately. If the amended amount exceeds the Conversion Limit, your amendment will be confirmed by the treasury, and the order status will be PENDING APPROVAL.
For PLACED orders, your amend request will take effect after Treasury’s confirmation. If the original amount has exceeded the conversion limit, the new amount cannot exceed the original amount; if not, the new amount cannot exceed the conversion limit.
Please note that the treasury may accept or reject your request. You can check your amending results in the Details page.
For PROCESSING and PENDING APPROVAL orders, your cancel request will take effect immediately without treasury’s confirmation.
For orders in other status, your cancel request will be accepted or rejected after Treasury’s confirmation, after which your order will be updated. You can check your amending or cancelling results in order detail.
Please note that your Amending request will be Rejected automatically if you cancel your order before your Amending request has been confirmed.
