How to top up your E-Wallet balance?

Depending on which currency you’d like to add and how you’d like to pay, you’ll be guided through the basic steps first and some detailed information after:

1. Go to My E-Wallet. Click Add Money.

2. Select Currency-Pay with AUD.

3. Click Automatically debit from your bank account.

4. Select which bank account you’d like to pay with, and click continue.

5. Enter the amount you want to top up, and select the deposit date.

6. Click Place.

Settlement Methods

There are two methods of making deposits:

Direct Debit – Add AUD to my E-Wallet from an Australian local bank account

After linking an Australian local bank account to your CAPAY account, you can top up your E-Wallet with Australian Dollars debited directly from your bank account.

Adding money from your bank account to your E-Wallet Balance usually takes up to 1 to 3 business days.

Wire Transfer – Add AUD or other currencies to your E-Wallet by manually transferring money to different accounts

The other way to add money to your balance is by wire transfer and manually sending money from your bank account. Depending on the currency you’d like to add or the type of account you own, you’ll be guided through the payment steps:

If you want to add AUD, you can use:

◦ Your Virtual Account

The money is directly credited to your virtual account and then transferred to your E-Wallet without confirmation. shown as BSB and Account Number in Settlement Details

◦ Tenant CAFX’s Account

Transfer your money in the settlement amount to our bank account. The money will be transferred to ming the tenant’s settlements, the money will be transferred to the E-Wallet.
