Direct Debit

Apply for Direct Debit

Currently, normal members have no direct access to apply for Direct Debit online. Please contact your company admin or account manager for more support.

Edit Direct Debit

  1. Click Edit on your Direct Debit card.
  2. Edit your current Direct Debit information. (Currency & Bank Country are unchangeable.)
  3. Click Confirm, and your request will be submitted to and reviewed by us. You can check the application status on the Direct Debit card.

Disable Direct Debit

You can enable/disable your Direct Debit account by clicking the switch button.

Note: Direct Debit accounts with unfinished transactions cannot be disabled.

Virtual Account

Currently, all members have no direct access to add a virtual account online. Please contact your account manager for more support.

After adding your virtual accounts successfully, you can view all your account cards and account details in Management – My Company – Account.
